How delivery works
- Place your order and you'll receive an Order ID (starting with “PT”) to track it.
- Once confirmed, your order is prepared and handed to our courier partner, PostEx, for delivery.
- You can check your order status any time from the Track Order page using your Order ID and mobile number.

Delivery timelines
Delivery time depends on your city and the courier, so we don't promise a fixed number of days. Larger cities are usually quicker than remote areas, and timelines can extend during sales, holidays or bad weather. You can always see your current status on the Track Order page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at no extra charge. Please keep the order amount ready and check your parcel at the time of delivery. For large orders, our team may call to confirm before dispatch.
