By using papatoys.pk and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, kindly do not use our website.

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. We may contact you to verify large or unusual orders before dispatch.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery and manual bank transfer. There is no automated card or wallet gateway. We strive for accuracy, but if a pricing error occurs we'll inform you before processing.

We deliver across Pakistan through PostEx. Delivery timelines vary by destination and operating conditions. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including our easy 7-day return window.

We do our best to show accurate product descriptions, colours and images. Slight variations may occur due to screens and photography. All toys list a recommended age — please supervise young children during play.

All content on this website — including the Papa Toys name, logo, text and images — belongs to Papa Toys or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Papa Toys is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
